Return & Exchange Policy
Any purchased product or gift can be exchanged within 3 days from the date of purchase.
If within Beirut Region, the Exchange process will be for FREE!
If outside of Beirut Region, the Exchange process will be subject to a certain fee.
To be eligible for an Exchange, your item must be in the Original Packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it.

You can only exchange with a product of the same value or above (and pay the difference).
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Any purchased product, service or gift can be returned within 10 days from the date of purchase. The product package should not be opened and should be in perfect condition.
You will be provided with store credit, usable within one year, equivalent to the value of the product returned minus delivery fees (if free delivery was charged above the product price)

Unfortunately, under no circumstances do we allow the exchange or return of opened products.
Returns Special Conditions:
- All Software, Subscription Cards & Consumable items are not returnable
- Items on Clearance are not returnable
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed in the same way it original payment was processed.
Items bought on Clearance or Sale may not be refunded
